About Me
A good friend of mine went into teaching wanting to become the person he needed when he was growing up. I loved that... I see coaching as being a sounding board and sometimes a devil's advocate. Through the interaction, there is the possibility to access deeper levels of insight in the (sometimes unconscious) reasons why progress that is wanted and needed is not made.
Here are some of the aspects I work on:
Feeling overwhelmed
Overwhelm often results from a tension in expectations. Between yours and other’s expectations, but the tension can also come from an internal conflict. An example would be finding a good balance between independence and safety within a relationship.
Preparing for difficult conversations
Helping clients to be more present during difficult conversations by practicing through role-playing. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to practice and develop this approach, and it is a methodology that I have found particularly simple, powerful and effective.

Children/Teens/Parents
The closeness of the relationship, the fact that we want to ‘get it right’ or avoid pain for our loved ones make these interactions particularly challenging at times.
Individuals/Teams in organisations
Before coaching I worked as a consultant, and this led me through many one/one conversations in very different organisations. I work on team dynamics, aligning with company values or engaging with stakeholders.
The key question when we hit a tough spot is: is the current approach helping the desired goal?
An external, neutral and non-judgmental view is helpful in looking at the situation from a different angle so that you can determine what other approach might be more helpful.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating... Get in touch for an intake call, to discuss what is on your mind and/or any questions you might have around coaching.
I am based on CET Time (Brussels/Paris/Amsterdam) and coach in English, French, Dutch

I truly enjoyed my coaching sessions with Sandrine. From the start, she created a space that felt supportive and focused. What I appreciated most was how intentional she was in helping me move my goals forward. She always made sure we worked on what mattered most and helped me find clear, meaningful next steps. Sandrine is very organized and pays close attention. She takes great notes, remembers whats important, and helps keep things on track. After each session, I felt clearer and more motivated to take action. If youre looking for a coach who is thoughtful, practical, and helps you make real progress, I highly recommend working with Sandrine.

I found working with Sandrine very helpful! She is kind, compassionate, and patient in her approach. The way she gently nudged and challenged me at places while acknowledging my emotions was a very thoughtful approach to help me move forward.

As a novice experiential coach, I found myself doubting my (professional) position in relation to certain clients. Thanks in part to the peer coaching and role-playing with Sandrine, I gained more confidence, which allowed me to successfully continue guiding my client's process. In the role-play, I got clarity in the motives of my client and his being on the one hand, and on the other hand clarity on how I could respond authentically and professionally. Thank you Sandrine.

Sandrine is incredibly present in the moment, hearing every word and every inflection and brave to hold the silence or the feeling until words can come out again. I have rarely found so much genuine compassion and respect in a coach. It just feels natural coming from her. Respect and humility without obliging and without heaviness. Sandrine creates a space where she gently helps you look at yourself with the same compassion and respect she holds for you, and thats the magic - you catch up with yourself and you become able to shift into constructive and creative energy, where ideas just start flowing and it is joyful and light. You can tell that coaching is something Sandrine has internalized and made a part of herself, not only a job or a collection of learnings and strategies. My experience with Sandrine has enriched my understanding of coaching and has helped me start on new paths of research and training that I didnt even realized I was passionate about or good at. I feel I have indeed started to move again. Thank you Sandrine for helping me see better.
