About Me

Since I first learned about Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs as a 17 year old in AP Psychology class, I've wanted to get to the place of self- actualization. I knew I wanted to grow, I just didn't know how. Fast forward many years, and many self-development books later, I have decided to dedicate my life to helping others on their journey. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Coaching is a way for you to have a judgement free space where you can clarify your goals and get tools to get the results you want. I am also a RRCA certified running coach. I never ran more than one mile until I was about 37. Now I've run the local turkey trot (5 miles) for several years, the local Bellin Run (10K, and just signed up to run my first half marathon (takes place in October 2025).
