About Me

How did I become a Life Coach? My journey started when I was 16 and moved to another city, Marmaris, a port city on the Mediterranean coast. I didn't know the city and didn't I have any work experience but I pushed through and managed to find a position as a Bartender in a renowned nightclub. This experience opened my mind to creativity through learning mixology, diversity by meeting individuals from all around the world, and allow me to grow and get to know myself. I developed an outgoing personality and identified my strongest traits: communication, empathy, working under pressure and curiosity. Looking back, this was the first chapter on the path to reaching my goals and discovering the profession I would excel in.

When I turned eighteen I enlisted in the army. During this period as a military person, I learned more about perseverance, discipline, and humility and set off on the path to creating the life I wanted for myself.

At the age of 23, I moved to the Netherlands and started my company 2 years later, after taking some time to learn the Dutch language and adapt to country’s dynamics. I established my company in 2013, in 3 locations, and hired up to 20 trainers. I am proud to say that I not only helped my clients improve their lifestyles, but I also helped many trainers start their careers.
From personal training and having always been passionate about listening and helping others, it was therefore a natural transition for me to move towards Life Coaching.

I have always felt pushed to evolve and have tried my best to continuously learn, improve my skills, and better myself. What I aim to achieve as a Life Coach is to support my clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives.
The company I created uses an approach that combines physical and mental support systems to ensure that every and each of our clients become the best version of themselves.
