I've had to overcome challenges just like you; such as childhood abuse, poverty, growing up around addiction, bullying, eating disorders, seasonal depression, divorce, car accidents, death, and complex PTSD with anxiety and panic attacks. After years of dedicated growth and building unshakeable perseverance, I’m now at a point where I’m thriving, have been in the best shape of my life mentally and physically, traveling the world, prioritizing self-care, immersing in community, and more! My energy is now being pivoted to others like you.
