I've had to overcome challenges just like you; such as childhood abuse, poverty, growing up around addiction, bullying, eating disorders, seasonal depression, divorce, car accidents, death, and complex PTSD with anxiety and panic attacks. I've developed a strong sense of resiliency and trust in myself. You can overcome these and build resiliency as well; I can show you how!
After years of dedicated growth and building unshakeable perseverance, I’m now at a point where I’m thriving, have been in the best shape of my life mentally and physically, traveling the world, prioritizing self-care, immersing in community, and more! My energy is now being pivoted to others like you.
Now, I help people manifest their dream visions by taking a courageous, adventurous, and yet a serene approach to life. VerifiedI truly love working with Serenity. Through this experience, I realized how often many of usincluding myselfseek free advice from YouTube, friends, or family instead of truly investing in ourselves. During a very difficult and overwhelming time for my family, I was struggling to understand and manage my emotions. I felt lost and emotionally overwhelmed. Before working with Serenity, I was carrying a lot of unprocessed feelings, and it affected my relationships. I had such a great experience working with Serenity! The thing that stands out most is that I left every session feeling better than when I started, and we always made real progress on whatever was holding me back. Serenity helped me with so many things. She guided me through restructuring my calendar so I have predictable focus time when my energy is highest, instead of constantly feeling scattered. We talked through how to show up authentically on social media (being vulnerable without oversharing), along with multiple other practical entrepreneurship strategies. The most impactful shift for me was mindset.
