About Me
As a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, my passion lies in helping individuals unlock their true potential, gain clarity on their goals, and break through the barriers holding them back. Whether it’s overcoming personal challenges, resolving conflicts, healing from past emotions, or improving various aspects of life—be it personal, professional, relational, or spiritual—I'm dedicated to guiding you toward lasting transformation.
In my coaching sessions, I incorporate powerful NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to facilitate rapid and effective results. These techniques are designed to bring about significant change by transforming limiting beliefs and ingrained patterns of behavior, which often stem from past experiences.
NLP is based on the understanding that our neurological processes, language, and learned behaviors are interconnected. Over time, we develop subconscious beliefs—such as feeling "not good enough" or "not worthy"—that shape our actions and decisions. These limiting beliefs can hold us back in life. Through NLP, I work with you to identify and shift these beliefs, replacing them with empowering ones that help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Each session begins with thought-provoking questions that allow you to explore the root of your challenges. Together, we’ll identify the underlying issues and work collaboratively to resolve them. We then create a clear action plan, including SMART goals, to ensure you stay on track with your personal growth.

I have taken 8 sessions with the life coach Shaimaa, I can say that from the first session I could tell how professional she is. she has a great listening skills, she knows how and when to ask certain questions which helped me to think in a better way and understand myself more. she asked questions that have never came to my mind. I was struggling with knowing what I want in my life, I was lost, just working and without any passion, after the sessions taken with her, I had a clear vision, I understood myself and I knew what I want. I had lot of living beliefs which stopped me from doing things that I love because I just thought that I can't, but now im sure I can and I already started doing. It was a great experience to have a life coach focusing more on what you want and what you need to improve. Life coach is a guideline book and life fixer. I am half way now and I see exactly what I want in helping me to change my mind prescriptive. I love myself and I can do and reach to everything I want. Life is about opportunities, creating them and embracing them and for me that was every real risk I even been through, that's what defined me, that was my bliss and what I loved to prove my strength by taking risks and always pass it and come back as a winner. That was my ADERNALIN. But... in a way or another everything went black and I started to fall dramatically. Getting stressed, angry, continuous headache, Diplopia and cant sleep for almost 120 hours, and all that make me start to get throw a lot of troubles specially in my job and I started to lose things one by one , started by my very close friends.
