About Me

Hello! It’s great to meet you! I’ve always loved helping others being active and the way it makes me feel and have always enjoyed meeting new people and helping others With my family history of preventive illnesses, my goal was to make sure that I took care of myself to prevent any illness so I can live my longest and best life.

I’ve always had a strong desire and have enjoyed helping others do and be better. This started when I was very young and would help other children in my gymnastics class. This led to my continuing fitness and pursuing a teaching degree.

Upon graduation, I was introduced to working with Children diagnosed with Autism and other special needs which led me to pursue a Counseling Psychology degree. I can be found online at GROW THERAPY.

In my pursuit of continuing physical activities, I was introduced to extreme cross training that included Massage Rolling. I loved the way it felt on my back and upper neck which led me to invent a new massage roller, Heavy Metal Massage Rollerz.

A Back injury during extreme cross training led me to regain my strength through Yoga and I was also introduced to Aerial Yoga Hammock. I loved it so much I opened Schuylkill Aerial and Wellness Yoga and Fitness Studio in Pottsville, PA.

In my pursuit to learn more about the muscles and massage rolling, I again returned to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. My most recent trainings include Psychic and Neurolingustic Programming and I offer several programs to guide you.

I would love to join you on your journey to improve yourself both mind and body, especially for the very basic beginner. There are so many programs out there, this is an excellent starting point. I can also help you as a parent to understand and help improve your child’s behavioral concerns and become a more positive thinker healing your past.
