As a certified Life Coach and Health and Wellbeing coach; I help individuals with their personal wellness and professional success goals. I am passionate about empowering individuals with mind body tools and processes, to breakthrough their current reality & achieve higher levels of success in all areas of their life.
My background and experience helps me facilitate mindset and behavior change that generates sustainable healthy lifestyles and foster well-being. My role as a coach is to provide the structure, the framework and the process to help you discover what you truly want.

With over 1500 coaching hours, I have had clients across Europe, USA, South Asia, Southeast Asia, China and Japan. Clients have engaged me for clarity & vision, wellbeing, productivity & focus, adaptability & growth, interpersonal relations, work life balance, stress management, accountability & motivation and career transition to name a few. I also use proven coaching approaches to support individual contributors through C-level executives that lead them to take the next step in their career journeys.

I bring 24+ years of experience in the corporate as well entrepreneurship arena and a proven track record of achievements in health and fitness, relationship management, CSR, fundraising, event management, program management in USA and in India.
My professional experience has taught me that feeling healthy is more than just physical -- it involves the mind and spirit.
