About Me

As someone who was late-diagnosed with AuDHD, I get how difficult and confusing it can be navigating a world that was not built for the neurodivergent brain.

...and I also see the strength of the human spirit; I believe that no matter who you are, or where you are, YOU can make changes to improve your life, now, today. All you have to do it 1) want it, and 2) take the next best step. And you are doing that next best step right now.

My name is Sheila (nice to meet you!) and I'm a Certified Life Coach from an ICF-Accredited school who can help you with:

ADHD/AuDHD/Autism: support during or after getting diagnosed, practical hacks for daily adulting, creative solutions for executive functioning, overwhelm, procrastination, conflict, and fatigue.

Health/Wellness: We are given exactly one body for the entirety of our lives; it's important we take care of it (I learned that the hard way!) Autoimmune: Remember what I said about learning the hard way when it comes to taking care of our bodies? Yeah.
I developed Lupus SLE (along with several other autoimmune diseases, they always travel in groups don't they) in 2010, and spent years trying to get it diagnosed.
