Relationships should be a source of happiness & excitement, but sometimes challenges arise and they become a source of frustration, and even loneliness, instead. Whether it's due to the mundane nature of day-to-day life, or simply navigating challenging territory, it's not uncommon to feel like you're relationship isn't living up to its potential.

Together, we will explore and utilize insights from a variety of resources, such as The Gottman Institute, psychologist Esther Parel's best-selling book, "Mating In Captivity," and more, and apply them based on your specific needs.

Additionally, we will borrow concepts from successful ethical non-monogamous relationships and use them to break out of monotonous patterns. This can bring an eye-opening shift in perspective that reminds clients they have the power to create and define their relationship - one that brings joy, excitement, honesty, and trust!

I am dually certified as a professional life coach and relationship coach. Using my wealth of knowledge, I help individuals and couples to break down their internal and external barriers to gain perspective and succeed in their relationships.

Additionally, while I understand the pain and hurt that relationship and dating issues can cause, I strive to keep an upbeat tone and positive demeanor… because after all, love is meant to be a joyful thing!
