I turned to coaching after spending 20 years in Advertising and Media, in senior leadership positions.

I work primarily with those above 40 years of age -the age when the invincibility of youth begins to give way to a more sober reality. This is a transition that most of us struggle with. There's a realization that the body isn't the strong ally that it once was, the realization that the job which brings home the bread and butter doesn't feed the soul; there's also a keener understanding of all the things lost while getting to this stage.
