About Me

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a licensed NLP practitioner, and an experienced executive and leadership coach with over 16 years’ experience in financial services, operations, and learning and development.
Alongside professional expertise, I bring a calm, supportive and practical coaching style that creates real, lasting change.

My approach is grounded, reflective and action-focused. I use my Shift. Evolve. Build. framework to support meaningful progress:
