Serendipity? I was the person who never asked for help. I am a goal-setter, a doer, and a high achiever, yet I was broken. I spent my first 56 years Doing, and Stephanie taught me how to Be. Its opened up a realm of possibilities. The investment in myself was long overdue. Perhaps I found Stephanie because I am American and was working at the Tour de France when I googled. I believe nothing is by chance. When we open ourselves to receive anything, in my case, help, the world gives us what we, or specifically, who we need at that moment. As women, we often place our needs long after those of spouses, children, and families. There is always some other need. That day I said yes to Stephanie and her coaching. I put myself first, and both my circle of loved ones and I benefit from that yes every day.

I started working with Stephanie at a very stuck point in my life. My biggest fear was that this WAS my life and that was it. End of story I knew I needed to find a way to make some real changes. I was struggling with the big stuff and the small stuff and I really seriously doubted things could ever change. I needed to find a way to stop my negative thinking, get out of a demanding job in academia, and focus more on growing my psychotherapy practice. This included raising my fees and making decisions about who I wanted to work with as well as creating a schedule and office space that was more conducive to the lifestyle I wanted. And most importantly - I wanted to spend more time at the beach in a place I fantasized about living someday which seemed like an impossibility to achieve. I heard about Stephanie through an acquaintance of mine and took the chance and started working with her for over a year. Stephanie helped me to believe I could have the life I wanted. She never wavered in her belief in what I could achieve. Dont get me wrong this is hard work. I needed to dig deep if I wanted to make these changes. Today I am transitioning out of that demanding job that was taking up too much of my energy. This has allowed me to grow my private practice and only do the work I want to do and to be paid the fees that I am worth. Stephanie encouraged me to follow my dream of living at the beach and this year I spent over two months there. Ive had many insights in my work with Stephanie but the biggest are that I realized only fear controlled me and that I am the decider of what I want and where I want my life to go. I cannot thank Stephanie enough for her guidance and support. Shes absolutely amazing at what she does.

Stephanie changed my life. The work we did careerwise opened up a flood of opportunities that I didnt know how to unlock, and the work she has done with me personally has freed me from long-held habits that I wasnt aware were stifling me. She has helped me to better understand myself, release emotion, and better interact with others. I cannot recommend her enough.
