About Me

As a career communications director and brand marketing chameleon, I've worked alongside all sorts of individuals and in every possible structure. In-house, at an agency, as a contractor, and even as the agency owner itself. But, the core of what I do best comes down to human connection. Deeply connecting and communicating, empathizing and understanding different perspectives, and being an emotional mirror for others is what truly lights me up.

As a lifelong learner of psychology – a strong advocate for therapy and counseling, and a champion of doing the "inner work" – I obtained my L1 Life Coach Certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute in 2021 with the intent to work with other highly aware, ambitious, and emotionally intelligent individuals who simply want more from their lives, relationships, or careers.
