I am dedicated to helping individuals in the areas of small business, Corporate, transitional, career coaching. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients on a one on one basis

My clients generally come to me when faced with difficult decisions in several different areas. Examples, one client came to me that was wanting to launch his business in the USA but lacked the confidence. I helped him navigate through the may obstacles as well guided him in the right direction. Several other clients came to me who were making the transition from one company to another. Together we developed a plan, set goals, discovered motivations, awareness and focused on achievements in a consistent manner which helped them build the confidence they needed to land them their new positions.

In the beginning of working with any new client I spend a dedicated amount of time to deeply listen to the needs they have. After doing so I carefully make an assessment and start asking important questions to check and see if I'm correct. Then we move to find solutions and answers that will help the client make the right decisions.

Personal experience: Owned 4 different business in the States. The last one being a precious metals purchasing company that was built from scratch My team and I were operating with a positive cash flow within the first three months of business.

Management experience: worked with the largest Sports Supplement supplier in the world - successfully turned several of their stores from running a negative cashflow to a positive one relatively quickly.

Construction Management: Managed a team of 3 salesman with personal sales of 1.2 millions dollars of construction within the first year.

My commitment to my clients, Never give up, stay positive, always keep my word, and always put money where my mouth is. Finally I understand that my clients are the pilots, I'm just the compassionate co-pilot.
