At 70 years old I'm facing a number of changes bringing up questions I needed to discuss with someone outside my family and friends. Recently widowed I've been asked to return to work part time with a company I helped found in 2001 and from which I retired in 2019. My fear is that I might not be able to live up to their expectations and not provide value. Much of the feedback from family and associates is filtered through rose colored glasses. Through insightful questions Steve helped me understand that this transition isn't as threatening as I was imagining and that if l ignore the ego factor there was nothing to lose. Having someone to talk to who has no preconceived opinion was really helpful. Thanks Steven! Stan

Before I started working with Steve I didnt have much direction or focus in life. After a few months talking to Steve I was able to prioritize my time for work, study and enjoy my friends and family. I learned what was truly important in life for me, and most importantly, knowing what is important for me isnt the same as it is for everyone else. John

Steven was a REALLY big help to me! He has broad knowledge which draws from many fronts including his personal life experiences; his ongoing quest for all knowledge about self-improvement; and a friendship with Dr. Leo Buscaglia. Steven is easy to talk with and very resourceful. He also has a toolbox which is a step-by-step plan to set and fulfill your personal goals. I have challenges with my boyfriend and current finances. Additionally, I am a worrier. He guided me in determining what I truly want and furnished the steps and resources in which to do so. He gently pushed me beyond my comfort zone. He presented some ideas which I had not considered before. I learned that in relationships compromise is key and I wasn't necessarily doing my end. Overall, I feel more empowered, open-minded, and confident than I did before! Plus, I have greater peace of mind and a calmer disposition. I know at times I may slip, but a phone call to Steven will get me back on track. Denise

Steve was very patient while we were trying to get the technology for a remote meeting to function. I appreciate patience! He asked about my goals and listened without interruption while I gave him a lengthy explanation of my goals and the multitude of barriers which have made it difficult for me to meet them. Not telling me what to do, but suggesting a couple of work-arounds, he helped me to realize a truism I needed to relearn: that my limits are set by me alone and that I can move them any time I wish. With my husband's help and further ideas, I have already begun to address the suggested solutions, added to the list of work-arounds, and stepped onto the path of progress toward meeting my needs. Steve's one support session has already created a renewed motivation!
