My long stint in L&D has given me a deep understanding on how the human mind learns & adapts. Most of our learning happens through our life experiences. Life brings challenges; be it in relationships, at work or internal struggles. My years of experience has enriched me to be the catalyst to help people navigate through these challenges, in their personal & professional lives.

When I began my sessions with Ms Misra, I could only identify my three main goals. As I interacted more with Ms Misra, we drilled down furthur, and figured out how the three goals were interlinked. My main goals were to have a rewarding job and career, improve my relationship with my family members, and to manage anxiety, especially with reference to taking exams. With each session, I was able to identify new perspectives of viewing my goals, and action steps to achieve them. This was my first experience of having a life coach. I found a winner in Ms Misra. She patiently nudged me in the right direction, making my goals more structured and achievable. I'm in the process of achieving the goals she helped me give shape. I can't thank her enough for bringing clarity to my goal setting and guide me towards the path of leading a more meaningful life. Ms Misra was patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and motivating. She was an excellent sounding board, and the experience has been collaborative, providing opportunities for introspection, and taking concrete action. On the whole it has been a rewarding journey. Last few years I have had a lot of up's and down's in my life both on personal and professional front and they had left me feeling stuck in a cycle, in order to break that, I decided to hire a coach to help me with my professional journey. I understood I am stuck and not able to find my way out and I had this long list of reasons which I felt if addressed could help me.
