About Me

I am an Executive, Business and Team Coach with around 26 years experience in education, military and corporate sectors. 

I am certified coach from Eriksson International and also certified in neuroscience coaching, Enneagram Coaching, and leadership assessments like DISC, Belbin's Team roles and TLC (The leadership Circle).

I am a license holder of engage and grow program which is a world class program to generate employee engagement in organizations, educational institutions, and sports teams.

Majority of my experience is in the forces where I have been leading large teams-people and functions in High Intense Operations, HR, logistics, Technology, Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Administration. My function was at a strategic leadership level, to a headcount ranging from 120 to 6000 personnel.

My Coaching methods are customized for my clients and benchmarked on ICF competencies. I trust that bonds and connections in coaching lead to interactions and breakthrough discussions that impact life, career, and self development of the client. 

I would like to walk with a client to enable discovery and awareness to the clients goals, values and the larger vision. I would love to be the sounding board and a catalyst for clients ideas, innovations, creativity and resilience.

I will endeavor to share and hold the space to explore the  conflicts, challenges and breakthrough thinking of the client.

I found the leadership training session extremely helpful and have had great success in my career path since. I had taken leadership training from Sudhir in the last few weeks. I can say that , these session were helpful to crack some interviews. It's great to finally have some direction in my career. I would strongly recommend leadership training to anyone who is unsure of what they want to do.

Sudhir has been coaching me for about 6 months and it has been a transformational experience. When we started, I was extremely confused about which direction to take in my profession. Through our coaching sessions I started gaining lot of clarity around my strengths, my values and other aspects on which I could base my professional decisions on. By the third session, a different kind of awareness kicked in and I had to journal my thoughts immediately after the session so as not to miss anything critical! This became a pattern from thereon, and it helped me to take some critical decisions about my career. I believe that the value of coaching is as much in what happens after the session as the experience during the session. As a coach, Sudhir has helped me in aligning my thoughts and actions with my core values and it has been a wonderful experience to evolve from extreme confusion to such clarity!

A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life. I can say with surety that Sudhir sir is a great coach as he has transformed my life. Everybody goes through tough times and I am no exception. Sudhir sir has helped me to see through my mental block and made me prepare a thorough plan to achieve my goals. He has asked me numerous questions, albeit difficult ones, so that I gain clarity on my vision. He has never given me direct answers. Rather, he has facilitated me to reach at my own answers. I had the opportunity to get coached by Sudhir on addressing a particular challenge that needed an expert's intervention. After completing multiple sessions across 3 months, I can say that we have arrived at a space that is full of trust and exceptional learnings. The uniqueness of the interactions with him in uncovering the blind spots has particularly helped in changing perspectives on handling the challenges. Solutioning has been a much easier journey as a result of the above approach. In short, it has been a great journey together in discovering my true self.

The agenda was very structured and involved detailed informative counselling. Session over session, it gradually drove me to dwell deep and explore my own potential and innate abilities. It was structured in such a way to first get me open up and clear out all my frustration and prepare me to dwell deep into my subconscious mind and answer some of the long irking questions like what are my hobbies, what is that i want out of my life and career, Am i on my right career path, why have i not been able to grow in my career and i realised i am solely responsible for my life and current career stature. I got to know more of my personality traits and my capabilities. The biggest fear of my life that was holding me back from progressing. Sudhir has strong ideologies and his positive attitude and enthusiasm kept my motivation levels high. And also his regular follow up's on my plan and progress kept me on my toes and did not give a scope to let my guard off and deviate from my newly found goal. The noteworthy thing was that i realised that career without the sense of achievement was not OK with me Thanks for being there for me at the right juncture of my life.

First of all a big thanks for Col Sudhirs sessions, It was my first experience of a session like this, I approached him for SSB coaching for officers selection to the armed forces. But when I got an opportunity to attend some sessions with Col Sudhir , he engaged me in deep conversations to understand My Why of things For instance he navigated my stage fear and public speaking aspects to awareness driven coaching which has greatly boosted my self confidence today which is a gain for life and for any employment besides SSB.
