About Me

I believe that true balance begins from the inside out. This includes a balance of mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial wellness. Often times we are too busy prioritizing work and finances, that we forget about our mental and emotional well being. We must identify the stressor and prioritize accordingly. Once priority is established, then the delegation process begins.

By me being a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Massage Therapist since 2006, I have gained valuable insights concerning the external and internal factors that contributes to unmanaged stress. I have been Stress Management Certified since 2018 and have been a Certified Wellness Coach since 2021. The extra certifications count as continued education, since I'm already a Licensed Skin Care Technician in the State of Georgia.

I have physically and mentally served more than 1000 persons, providing in depth physical and mental analysis, providing home care regimens to help guide people through their life transition.
