About Me

I have lived experience in letting go of the pain from my past and want to work with women who are wanting to let go and change what has held them to that past. I look to dig deeper than the surface of what is being said, to face what has happened and that can't be changed to use those experiences to make women stronger, and more confident and show them their self-worth. I want to help them build on what is already in them that might be hidden under pain, resentment, anger, and low self-esteem. To give them challenges, and tools to help them see their potential, and their strength. We are not islands, and sometimes people hurt us. And sometimes our own choices lead us to a pain we didn't expect, but I know that women CAN grow from these pains to be better versions of themselves than they ever expected to be. I believe that you are the only one that can make the changes that you want, but we can all use support that is non-judgmental, positive, and honest. Change can't occur if we continue to do the same things, and think the same thoughts. Breaking these things can happen if you put in the hard work and determination to see your goals through to the end.
