I discovered running in my late 20s after retiring from soccer and quickly learned the hard way about overtraining and injuries. With guidance from mentors and years of trial and error, I rebuilt my approach around sustainable training—and it’s kept me injury-free for over 20 years. Along the way, I’ve completed everything from 5Ks to 100-mile ultras, including a sub-24 finish at the Western States 100 Mile race and multiple Boston Marathon finishes..

Today, my passion is helping busy professionals use running and exercise not only to reach their fitness goals, but also to manage stress, improve focus, and build long-term resilience.
