I am a Career Counselor for scientific Postdocs at the Deutsche Elektronen Synchrotron (DESY) in Hamburg, Germany. Due to work pressure and extremely busy schedules, the communication between supervisors and postdocs can suffer. To enhance fruitful interactions within the teams, we hired Dr. Tina Persson. Ive had the pleasure to work with Tina on several occasions. One of her many strengths that I highly appreciate is her straight forward approach and systemic thinking.
