With a background in theatre and communication, I bring a unique and structured approach that helps women over 35 become the person they want to be.

Clients often come in feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next step. The work centers on making decisions without second guessing, setting limits without guilt, and following through in a way that builds real self trust.
