About Me

I'm a certified organizational coach (UBC) who helps growth-minded people come back to themselves—especially when they feel stuck, off-track, or unsure about what’s next.

My coaching is built on the belief that when you lead and live from a place of authenticity, everything gets clearer. You make better decisions, you stop pretending, and you start moving forward in a way that actually feels good. And that has a ripple effect—not just on you, but on the people and spaces around you.

I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration and work in Canada’s public insurance sector, with past experience in banking. As a Latina who moved to Canada, I bring a cross-cultural lens to my work and understand what it’s like to navigate change, identity, and belonging.

Coaching with me is honest and practical. We slow things down, get clear on what really matters, and figure out what small, meaningful steps make sense for you—not anyone else’s version of success.
