About Me

As working HR Professional, I found it difficult to myself stressed trying to balance home and work. This is what motivated me to get become a coach. I currently have completed the required 60 coach training hours and am applying for my ACC credentials. My commitment to women and young people who have just looking for the right career or have started to work remains strong. A regular practitioner of Yoga and meditation, my methods of coaching definitely involve few yogic kriyas and mindfulness.
