About Me

I believe that every individual has the potential within them that can be awakened with some deep exploration. Once they make changes at the deeper levels, the outcomes they seek in their environment happen in due course. I also believe in the innate genius of each of my clients and I hold the space for them to express themselves.

Through my 6 Phase 'Regain Your Mojo' coaching program, where one goes through a step by step system of Performance Coaching and Deep level Coaching, I help mid and senor level corporate executives who are stuck in a rut in their jobs, stressed, and have lost their drive, regain their confidence and self-esteem, communicate effectively, improve their presence, build better relationships at work, grow into larger roles in their careers, and become impactful leaders.

I did my Level 1 Coach training with Symbiosis and Level 2 training with Coach To Transformation, totaling 190 hours.

I have been coaching for four years and apart from being a credentialed coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am also a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I am a Chartered Accountant, also holding an MBA in Marketing, with 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance and 18 of those years in Human Resources, across various industries in different geographies, in leadership positions.

I have worked in some very challenging situations in my career, been in some really stressful situations, and ran away from some of them. I now help people who are in similar situations, overcome those challenges.

I am also a published author with two books and I enjoy reading on a wide range of topics covering management, leadership, biographies, psychology, and spirituality. I also like listening to music and occasionally immerse myself in oil painting.
