Virginia is an executive leadership coach who is a former corporate executive with extensive international experience in sales and marketing management, sales operations and change management in highly competitive and service industries, global multinational and non-governmental organizations. Optimistic and practical, supportive and challenging, clients gain insight, inspiration and clarity in the areas most important.
Much of my work centers on accompanying leaders to develop leadership competencies including emotional intelligence, self-awareness, impact and presence, improved communication and influence, and orchestrating change and transformation in highly matrixed and global organizations.
