About Me

I went through hell with my ex wife. I was put in a situation that I couldn't navigate through. I ended up being kicked out of the house my daughter lived in and ultimately losing custody of my child. I was crazy for what seemed like years. I was angry at her and the world. I was at war with myself and anybody who stepped in my path. sleepless nights, stress and simply out of body with emotions.

Eventually I hit a breaking point and started learning about empathy, ego and learned alot about philosophy, psychology and spirituality to try to gauge a better understanding of how people co existed, and more importantly, how to exist with myself. I learned how to be happy and at peace with no real changes to my actual circumstances.

Now I am building a coaching and speaking business, I have a great relationship with my ex wife and especially with myself. My relationship with my daughter is better than ever and she has been witness to my growth and I've taught her a lot along the way about how to be a better man and take responsibility for my life!
