About Me

I am a master’s-trained somatic psychotherapist, human behaviorist, and coach with over 15 years of experience helping high-capacity individuals navigate identity, relationships, and belief systems at depth.

I work with high-capacity, high-performing individuals whose lives look successful from the outside, but internally, something no longer fits. From the outside, their lives may look solid. But privately, something feels strained, misaligned, or no longer sustainable. Often, the very identity that built their success begins to fracture under the weight of what they’ve created.

This moment isn’t failure — it’s a threshold.

My work specializes in supporting high-performing individuals when achievement exposes the limits of their current identity. Together, we examine the relational patterns shaping your life — not only in romantic partnership, but in your relationship with yourself, family, colleagues, leadership, and the work you do in the world. Career and business challenges are often relational at their core: how you communicate, navigate conflict, assert value, and tolerate vulnerability.

As a somatic psychotherapist, I integrate body-based awareness with deep exploration of belief systems and value structures — the invisible architecture organizing your decisions, emotions, and priorities. When these patterns become clear, direction sharpens. Confidence stabilizes. Relationships shift.
