About Me

In my experience I have found that many of my clients struggle with either ADHD, Anxiety and/ or Depression. These conditions can be quite devastating and may impact negatively on work and family life. This adds to being even more depressed or anxious - a vicious cycle. I work from an Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapeutic approach. In coaching my focus is not so much on therapy, but rather on using the principles in a coaching perspective. This means that I focus on the inter-connectedness of the dual relationship of the emotional-thinking process.
