About Me

I naturally found my way to coaching as people seemed to trust and confide in me even before I became a coach.

I've explored a wide range of topics, from neuroscience-based coaching and embodiment coaching to understanding how trauma impacts us, inner child work, attachment styles, and loving kindness.

I've pursued formal education for personal development and have realized that becoming aware of our limiting unconscious patterns is crucial. Creating new patterns brings us closer to living a fulfilling life.

I also studied Traditional Chinese medicine for five years, which helps me assist those struggling with health imbalances. I focus on creating healthy habits and diets and can advise on herbal medicine.

I deeply respect everyone's unique journey, and my clients appreciate my non-judgmental and empathetic approach. They find my sessions to be a psychologically safe space where they can make progress and gain insights easily. After our sessions, they often feel energized and motivated to work toward their goals.
