Today’s Act of Kindness is to start up a friendly chat with someone you have never spoken to before. Whether it’s someone in your office from a different department, the person sitting next to you on the bus, or the cashier at a grocery store, try to start up a conversation with someone new. In a world where everyone is always looking down at their phones, we often miss out on so many great opportunities to connect with others.
