What You Focus On Expands
What you focus on shapes how you view yourself, your future, and your past.
Have you ever purchased a vehicle and al of a sudden you start seeing the same car everywhere? It’s not that people went out and bought the same car, it’s just that your focus has changed and now you are seeing what was always there.
How we work is similar. What are you focus -ing on for your business? Have you identified your Most Important Tasks (MITs) for the week and for the day? By identifying what those tasks are and focus -ing on getting those tasks done first, you will find that you are pushing your company along in the direction you want it to go ON PURPOSE, as opposed to trying to “find time” to get the important stuff done. What we focus on gets done. There are several ways to accomplish this, but the important piece is that you have gone through the exercise of identifying your MITs. Then it is a matter of “Plan your work, Work your Plan” and focus -ing on what needs to get done!
Need more help in making these things a reality? A business coach works with you to identify your MITs and how to plan these things out to help you Do More and Stress Less.
