Welcome to the beginning of this journey. This day, and every day, is the first day of the rest of your life.
This journey is about you. About finding inspiration and guidance to be the best you there is. A journey of self-knowledge, self-awareness, self-learning, and self-empowerment.
We are one version, and many versions of ourselves. We are many “us” contained in one single soul and body. We are women, mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, girlfriends, friends, professionals, caregivers, trainers, coaches, cooks, and so many more things all in one day. Every day.
How we travel the path of every day is what makes us stand out from the rest of us and be unique. Because we all are our very own versions of that Unicorn that makes us special.
My greatest happiness comes from aiding others who, like me, have traveled less enlightened roads but still made it to the other side in one stronger piece.
