The summer-like weather is here and perhaps breaths in a new lease of life to our soul, opening our hearts and minds for something deeper and more significant. The simplicity of nature can bring an extra spring in your step; the rays of the sun can add a gentle warmth to your skin, beaming from the bright blue sky that can brighten your mood with ease and grace. Now, how does all this impact the inner part of you, when your external environment is comfortable and satisfying does that easily translate internally?
The pull and push of the emotions based on our external environment can often leave our emotional self craving attention and compassion.
I ask you to reflect on what part of you are you leaving behind. How much of your external environment impacts your internal world, and at what cost?
