The first step to Becoming Unbelievably Successful is to establish your Personal Strategic Plan.

But John, what the heck is a Personal Strategic Plan?

Another Great Question; I’m glad you asked!

A Personal Strategic Plan (or PSP) is a formal, written document that includes your Strategy and your Plan. A PSP allows you to run your personal life like a business.

Strategy. This part of the strategic document includes your mission and purpose (your ikigai), your principles and values, and your future vision.

Plan. This part of the strategic document includes your goals, objectives, initiatives, and actions (how you will achieve your vision). This is how you turn your strategy into execution every day.

With your PSP, you make the conscious decision to deliberately move in the explicit direction of your Unbelievable Success.

For 35 years, I had my “success moments” in life. But, they were successes without true direction. I felt like I was going somewhere, but now I realize that I lived my life pretty much on autopilot, cruising from one random location to another.

Have you ever felt like that?

Well, 20 years ago, that all changed for me. I discovered my ikigai (my mission and purpose). I also discovered my vision. Two years later, my finished plan was built!

The rest is “success history.”

Like everything prior to that, I had to “stumble” into my PSP. When I learned about ikigai, it was a simple Venn diagram that I chanced upon via the internet. I didn’t learn it was called an “ikikai” until 2019!

Building my PSP took a lot of effort. As I said, it took me two years to ultimately document it. Over the past 20 years, I have perfected the plan and my approach to implementation.

As a personal and professional business coach and consultant, I have assisted 100s of clients with their journey to Unbelievable Success, using what I have learned.
