Why teens need coaching

Teenagers are facing real pressure during the pandemic. Coaching can help them gain balance, improve their wellbeing, and keep them focused.
So, in the UK we have another lockdown. I’m sure that is going to happen in many countries, which means schools will close and parents and children will once again find themselves working and studying together at home.
It’s a recipe for stress and anxiety – parents need to work, children need to study. The lack of social interaction for teenagers, and being together all day at home, is going to raise tensions. I know. I work from home, my wife has been working from home, and so has my daughter. And it’s winter, so even escaping to the garden is difficult.
Coaching can help your teenager with stress, motivation, self-confidence, schoolwork, body issues, relationships, and many other adolescent issues.
For teenagers, the struggle is real. Lockdown means there’s no more school, no way to get together with friends, and limited opportunities to let off steam. And they’re stuck in the house with you, and you’re their parents!!
