How your ideas can brew into a sustainable business?
Every sustainable business begins with an idea and goes through a continuous cycle of strategy and implementation.
All of us start working on a business idea because there is something about the idea that motivates us. We keep building these beautiful strategies in our minds and become extremely excited about them.
Initially, we get a lot of inputs from our families and friends and it’s a nice feeling to see people get convinced about what you are talking about. But then suddenly you land up running this idea in front of those friends who call themselves the “devil’s advocate”. This person begins to ask you some real questions to which you find difficult to come up with answers.
This is the first intervention every founder faces in the lifetime of their product. Most of them forget about their idea at this stage and go back to their jobs. But a few begin to find answers, and if you are the latter one congratulations you are on the right track!
For every new business, I believe that I bring a process and perspective to the table for the founders. I allow them to dream, I allow them to debate and win their way with me.
Well! The recipe to brew a sustainable business is:
Narrow your target audience => Understand and empathize with your audience => Build a product that solves a real problem =>Perfectly position the product in front of your audience => Build your processes so that you can continuously scale up profitably!
