What Make You So Invaluable?
A powerhouse personality is how you behave, lead and manage at work. Whether you are experienced or inexperienced your personality will naturally rise above the surface. Dr. Herbert Lee gave me a compliment several years back, he said “there are some things you can’t learn in a book and you have that”. This amazing doctor is on to something!! It’s our personality.. generally, people fit into one of these characteristics: assertive, confident but humble, savvy, and fiercely loyal. “Share your shine our world needs more of that”-Cleo Wade

Confident but Humble Powerhouses:
These women know how to make the best decisions for themselves and others. They are respectful of their own emotions as well as those around them, which makes it easier when they need to have a sensitive discussion with someone else who is not feeling very good right then. These smart powerhouses recognize that this type of behavior will lead people back into confidence sooner than if you were just rude or inconsiderate about things like feelings.

Politically Savvy Powerhouses:
The politically savvy powerhouses know that relationships are the key to success. They engage in social interactions, actively soliciting all viewpoints even if they do not conform to their own beliefs or those of others and pay close attention when evaluating potential allies. When in the workplace, people establish mutually beneficial relationships to solidify their role and propel their career. However, these relationships are not always with good company members or at a time when it is necessary for them to be working on this project. Often times they have representatives who don’t represent an individual’s best interests appropriately which can lead into future conflicts if one does not take action themselves like pressing charges against someone though that may seem tough initially because of other situations such as legal ramifications or retaliation from others involved in the situation

Fiercely Loyal Powerhouses:
Exhibit understanding and patience. Value relationships – especially the relationship with your co-workers, bosses, customers or company to ensure that good will is maintained in order for long lasting business relations to become possible. These powerhouses are excellent at building relationships by being a role model and making decisions based on individual needs while considering customer/company goals as well. Companies rely heavily on these people because of their longevity; it ensures many years of profits which leads them into becoming highly valued employees when they do retire from one position but continue working elsewhere within the same corporation

When our powerhouse personality has the right aspects, we can exploit them to be successful. This will depend on how well women are able to maximize these strengths and downplay any negative sides that might hamper their success.
