Couple Goals: Trust & Communication

Life is busy & relationships get cluttered. Inject love and energy back into your relationship with a refresher for your most important ‘team.’ Learn to shrink the power of old shadows and magnify the good in each other for your bright future together.

Relationships come in all shapes and sizes, and while we may be cluttered with life or worn down, good relationships still value trust and intimacy. Respect and appreciation. Communication with care. A sense of humour. Willingness to work together through tough stuff, and optimism that it will work out. And a key part: two imperfect people deciding everyday to hang together in the ups and downs of life.

Some coaching TLC is a great step to take your relationship from good to great! We can end the vortex trap of feeding each other’s tension. Create contagious love and support. Let it be the foundation that supports you both through the other stresses of life, and refreshes you for your workday, and nurtures the kids in a loving home. And for your dreams for the future? Teamwork makes the dream work!

But we are imperfect. We come with habits and personal interests, and sometimes even baggage in the form of childhood histories and trauma. Keep on with therapy for the past when you need it, and I will teach you (one or both of you) forward-thinking real strategies, tips & tools, shared language and science-based discoveries that shrink the impact of your imperfections and renew your relationship. Learn to show love in ways that land well, and receive it too!

No doubt, we have learned coping strategies that have kept us going, and some keep us successful to a point. Let’s now work with intention to bring back the shine, with healthy strategies, choosing pro-active life, and doing it together as a loving, optimistic and magnificent team!
