Creating a richer life is about so much more than money… It’s about defining what has value, meaning, and purpose for you – what is most important to you – what you treasure. Having that clarity and prioritizing the people, things, and experiences that enrich your life, is what allows you to live a richer life.

Paulo Coelho shares in his book “The Alchemist,” that the heart is where you will find your treasure. Consciously connecting with your heart is the surest way to tune into what is most important to you. It allows you to feel what is true for you.
Do you have a process or practice that supports you in connecting with your heart? If so, start there. If not, begin with prayer or meditation, affirmation or intention, gratitude or visualization. Simply choose to be still and consciously shift your awareness out of your head and into your heart.
Once you drop in, ask the questions that allow you to discover the answers you are seeking.
Creating the time and space you need to ask the important questions and reflect on the answers you receive, supports you in discerning the best choices for you. Pausing is an incredibly empowering process that allows you to check in and notice how an option or answer feels to you. You will know if it something is right for you by how it feels to you.
When you are clear about what you treasure, it is easier to determine how you want to spend your time, energy, and money. The practice of pausing and checking in with your heart gives you the clarity you need to honor your values - to determine if a purchase or time commitment feels good to you – before you press pay or say yes. It allows you to prioritize you and what is most valuable to you.

What do I treasure?
Am I prioritizing the people, experiences, and things that are important to me?
If not, how can I BEGIN to enrich my life?
Honor yourself. Allow the answers to guide you in creating and living a richer life.
