5 reasons behind a stagnating or not successful enough business, even if you are a workaholic, and the ways to address them.
1. YOU ARE WORKING HARD, BUT YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT GROWING FAST ENOUGH OR EVEN GOING DOWNHILL.
No matter how hard you try, there is something that is blocking your success. You cannot grasp what exactly creates your impediments because your psyche will do its best not to let you into this awareness. It can be a number of matters, for example, the fear of success, the fear of failure, low self-worth, depression, lack of meaning, sense of guilt, etc. The pathway to start discovering your limitations is by tuning into your emotions, instead of denying or ignoring them. Therefore, it will be very helpful to bring the hidden content of your subconscious to your conscious awareness, so these factors will stop holding you back.
2. YOU HAVE TOXIC PEOPLE IN YOUR CIRCLE.
Do not underestimate the negative impact of toxic people on your life and business. They influence their partners and their subordinates by attacking their personalities and creating emotionally uneasy experiences, such as emotional rollercoasters. Even if it seems to you that you can handle it and that you receive a lot from this partnership, do not fall into the trap of being influenced by such people. Very often, psychopaths and narcissists hold lots of power and executive positions.
3. YOU HAVE A CHAOTIC BUSINESS OPERATION.
This applied to you if you often find yourself being stretched between different priorities. You have many creative ideas, but their implementation never happens. You cannot delegate, because you cannot find anyone who would do the job as well as you do it. You may also fear that quality employees will not provide a return on investment.
