How your thoughts sabotage you?

Your thoughts are happening to you. What you do with them is the deciding factor that will create a reality of balance, emotional regulation & success

Everything we want from our lives is on the other side of awareness. Much of our reality is happening INSIDE of our minds and thoughts more than in our actual reality. To achieve this awareness, we first think of the ideas that help us to navigate, understand, delete, distort, and generalize within the spheres of our minds.

Thoughts happen to us, similar to how our blood flows without our permission or control. So does our heartbeat, and our body systems function all on autopilot. When we free ourselves of the ‘ownership’ of our +-45 000 thoughts per day, we begin to realize that our power comes in approximately 7 seconds after the thought. Thoughts happen to us. The point of power is when we decide what to do with them.

When the thought happens to us, we have a window period of 7 seconds to ask, “What shall I do with this thought?” “How will it serve me?” And it is during that window period that we create and embed our beliefs into the subconscious mind.

So our subconscious mind is a dutiful, obedient servant to the master, ‘the conscious mind.’
It accepts all beliefs as true and correct.
It does not question beliefs.
It does not judge beliefs.
It accepts.

After accepting our beliefs as accurate, the subconscious mind brings them to pass.

The reality of our lives.

What we believe about ourselves and our lives becomes true for us. And this is why we need to choose our thoughts carefully—deciding which thoughts we want to embed as beliefs and which ideas we wish to discard will set the tone for the rest of our lives.

An excellent exercise would be to take a pen and paper and write down some of the ongoing thoughts that come up for you in a day.

After that, you may ask: “Does this thought serve me and my life purpose or future goals?” or “Does this thought bring more negativity into my life and future goals?”

Based on that, you can navigate through your mind, thoughts, and beliefs.

From there on, you will become a more conscious individual with complete knowledge that when you are done questioning your thoughts, you then choose the thoughts that will become beliefs, and then the effect of that will be the reality of the life you are living and the life that is to unfold in the future.
