Learning How to Embrace Your Calling

Embracing your calling can be quite tough, especially if it requires you to give up all that you know, for the unfamiliar.
When it comes to spiritual beliefs there are no doubts that everyone’s viewpoints may vary. That is perfectly okay, we are not supposed to have the same viewpoints, we are all different people that make up one body. I realized this firsthand when I first discovered my prophetic gifts. I had no idea what was going on or why it was happening just like I saw it before, or even how I knew what I knew about a situation that I wasn’t present in. I always believed that God’s power was limitless (just like His love for His creations). I couldn’t deny that God truly has a calling on my life, The Lord Jesus truly loves me, and that The Holy Spirit bestowed great gifts upon me. Brothers and sisters, I am no more worthy of this calling than Moses or King David were of theirs. My faith and belief in myself, in God’s choice was that of Gideon’s.
Truly I tell you that I am, but a sinner called to do a great work! Helping all of God’s people the best way I can. We are all on different paths in life, it is my job to meet you right where you are, and to help you go as far as you would like. God did not say come home to religion He said come home to Him. Your path home will be different than mine, and that is okay. That is what makes this journey so beautiful, the fact that we are not all the same but that we can come together as one.
