My coaching approach is rooted in mastering personal growth principles deeply intertwined with neuroscience. As a Team and Enterprise Agile Coach, I focus on team-building, synergy, vision clarity, and enhancing productivity. My expertise spans a range of methodologies including Scrum, Kanban Maturity Model (KMM), Large-Scale Scrum (LESS), and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), where I am well accredited and recognized.
