The adversity we experience in life is often processed by is as STRESS! Now here is the surprising thing often we search for growth to overcome stress and assume that growth strategies is how we find IMPACT. That is the wrong approach! The secret to finding your Bliss Point – the place of highest IMPACT – where you are achieving your goals in a way that feels authentic and energizes you is through understanding how you behave when you are stressed and hacking that.
