1) Enlightenment is letting go of anything that doesn’t serve us in life.
2) Anything you complain about continuously is something you have an unconscious intention to produce
3) I am willing to change – the way I think, the way I treat myself, the way I treat others
4) I accept myself fully and completely – from full acceptance comes change
5) I love myself – when I truly love myself, life becomes a whole lot more pleasurable
6) I forgive. I let go of past hurts and resentments recognizing that they only keep me stuck in life
7) The wisdom within my heart has all the answers I need – I have only to look within and ASK.
8) I treat my body with love and respect – I exercise, eat nourishing foods, drink healthful water and I nurture myself with care and attention
9) I honour my needs – I too am important, and I am willing to speak my truth and I am willing to say ‘NO’.
10) I am thankful. I live in gratitude. Gratitude is the attitude of miracles. Everyday I have something to be grateful for.
11) What I give out, I receive back. I commit to focusing my attention on what I DO want rather than what I DON’T want.
12) I give more than I expect to receive – I am generous with love, material items and support because I believe I am always taken care of and I always have more than enough to share with those who need it.
13) Fortune favours the brave …. I am willing to take risks in order to get closer to what I want in life.
14) I am safe. It’s ok to be me, and quite frankly – I am pretty amazing!
