5 Things You Need to Know Before You Hire Me!

Before we start an alliance to help you achieve your desired goals, I want to tell you several important things about how I work.
Working with me is pretty simple and a lot of fun!
I am full of energy—which you will quickly experience—and that helps to motivate my clients. I like to use the acronym TIACH to represent the five points that make my master-level coaching unique and powerful.
T – Telephonic Coaching
I coach only over the phone or via Skype (audio only), and there is a reason for that. I’m highly trained in hearing voice fluctuations and perceiving energy over the phone, and I do not want any distractions in this process because I’m also listening to what is NOT being said, which leads to my second point.
I – Intuitive
I’m incredibly in touch with my intuition, and I use this gift to help my clients get down to the root of their problems. When I get an intuitive hit, I may ask a particular question or change routes in our conversation. I need you to trust me because following my intuition is how we get real results fast!
A – Accountable
I will hold you accountable to your goals to make sure you are making progress towards their accomplishment. This is an essential part of every successful coaching alliance.
C – Certified
I invested many thousands of dollars in the best education and training available, so that I could truly help others. I am a Certified Professional Coach and hold the specialized certification of Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner. With that being said, my rates reflect my certifications, knowledge, experience, professionalism, and access to the best coaching exercises and tools in the coaching industry.
H – Hard Work
I’m on your team, and I’ll be your biggest fan, rooting you on to success. I’ll do everything I can to help you achieve your dreams and goals, but if you are not going to put forth the effort for your part, then this alliance is not for you. I work best with individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
We are in this journey together, so let’s put in the time and effort to make great things—things that I know you are capable of—finally happen!
