Do you remember your little YOU?

Take a moment to embrace yourself as a kid, get rid of all the confusion and feel the FREEDOM.
If you got the chance to meet your little YOU (yourself as a kid), how would you react?
What would you tell that kid?
Sometimes we don’t want to remember that one, other times we feel that we were hurt a lot during that time, or maybe we did mistakes that make us feel guilty till today.
No matter what are you thinking, or how would that little kid in you make you feel, try to take a moment and imagine that you are standing in front of that one, how does he/she look like? how is he/she feeling and what are you feeling towards him/her?
Maybe there are things you didn’t understand at that time, now you do, so you can clarify things which caused you lots of pain back then.
Maybe you want to take a moment to thank that kid, or to celebrate realising your dream, or maybe you want to hold him/her tight, for now you understand how much you needed to be loved and cared for.
Each one will have their own scenario, but the most important thing is that you will feel relieved when you try, embracing your little YOU at the past allows you to be honest and clear with yourself at the present, and this will definitely allow you to have some FREEDOM with yourself, to throw away a lot of restrictions that are holding you back from being YOU at your best and most TRUE.
