Every one in life has fear. Sometimes it’s the fear of losing something and sometimes it’s the fear of what if I don’t get it. Our mind is constantly working on attracting such thoughts from our surroundings. Our mind likes to talk. It generates 60,000 thoughts every day. Our mind flows like a river in whatever we see, experience and hear. It’s like a child who is ignorant of what he/she is doing, it just happens. Most of the time, we are in control of our mind. Whatever we do or say, it is instructed by our mind. Mind is subtle and it can not hold a single thought for more than 4-5 seconds. We need to understand this and analyse from where these fears come.
In today’s world, we are running in rat race and developing unnecessary fears that shouldn’t actually be there. There are people who have fear of losing their job even when they are doing everything just right, fear of losing a loved one just because the thoughts doesn’t match with the other person, or fear of failing in exam before we give our 100% in studies and so on. As humans, the biggest task for us to realize the extreme source of energy lying within us and use it for our betterment. We are always dependent on someone whom we admire/love to give us right thoughts and our actions are dependent on them. We hardly give importance to our own mind and intuition because we have never taken some time aside to think about our own mind and it’s thoughts. We are restless. We always have some task pending to be accomplish or there is always some unfinished business we want to wrap up. We have tremendous capacity to look into the mind and understand why do we fear from certain things which might not be true.
Quantum physics has proved that 99.9% of our fears never come true because they are created by our weaknesses. It is just there in our mind as an illusion created by ourselves. But we understand it only when we deep dive into the waves of our thoughts with a calm mind.There is only one thing that can help us to get to the root cause and avoid such fears is, “Positive Thinking”. There might be many incidents in our life that my create fear within us, however feeding our mind with positivity costs nothing. we should supply the seeds of positive thinking to our mind in order to grow the tree of life which is full of positive energy. When negative thoughts over power us, positive thoughts will take time to develop, it’s fine. However we shouldn’t give up. Remember, the law of attraction is always working for us. The more we are remitting the positive thoughts into to the nature, it would give us more of it. It also means, the more we hold on to the negative thoughts and worry about it, they will be there in our life. It might turn our fear into reality because we are inviting that thing to happen by constantly thinking about it before it can actually happen.
The divine nature is always listening to our thoughts because we are surrounded by energy. It would only give back what we ask for. By constantly feeding our mind with the water of negative thoughts, the fear tree would grow more. Make the positive thoughts your road and drive your life onto it. Life will be filled with beautiful flowers and it will blossom the life of others around us. Deep dive into the ocean of positiveness, you may struggle with the waves and come out wet but you will still be alive.
