I’m a self-made millionaire next door so I feel it only right to share the blueprint to become a millionaire as a coach.

So if you’re a coach or wanting to create your own service-based business than this is a MUST READ.

Let’s dig in!

1) Reduce your living expenses (prioritize what you love, get rid of the rest!) – DO IT NOW.

2) Only invest in things that will give you a Return On Investment (stop buying crap you don’t need or will forget about – have a family meeting to agree on this so ALL are on board – be a prosperity leader focus on what matters!)

3) Focus & Increase Cashflow → FOCUS on high-end UNTIL you get a solid income base you desire (STOP messing around with low-ticket sales!)

4) Make that cashflow consistent → SYSTEMATIZE it

5) Re-Invest the money made (over and beyond living costs) into ASSETS that make you money

6) THEN leverage and create more income streams

7) Keep investing money into ASSETS

8) Stay the track and create a net worth of one million dollars in 10 years (or less).

Let’s do the math – because I LOVE playing numbers….

You make $50K in your coaching biz

(You do NOT need to be a 6 figure earner to become a millionaire)

You get your living expenses to say $40K. That’s $10K to save/re-invest.

You wait two years and now have $20K –put towards–> small rental that makes you $300-$400/month.

Now you make $50K+$4K –> $54K

After two years you can Save/Reinvest $28K —→ small rental makes you another $300-$400/month.

Now you make $50K+$8K = $58K

After two years you can save/reinvest $36K —→ small rental unit makes you ANOTHER $300-$400/month.

Now you make $50K+$12K = $62K

After two years you can save/reinvest $44K —→ small rental unit makes you ANOTHER $300-$400/month.

Now you’re making $50K + $16K = $66K

That’s 8 years….

<Oh it takes that long?!>

YESSSSSSS, this doesn’t happen overnight y’all!

Get out of here if you’re a get rich quick junkie (which BTW you’ll go broke trying to find the magic pill!!)

SO…..

=> Not even factoring in that your BASE income WILL go UP from your coaching practice.

=> Not even factoring that you’re building your savings (aka financial freedom peace account!)

=> Not even factoring that you’re working the same amount of hours but bringing home more income….

Your net worth is now hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe even a million depending on some variables!).

This is EXACTLY How I created wealth (not the exact numbers or timeframe but the concept is the same)

Bottom line the more focused you are (and you have a PLAN) the quicker it can happen!!.

There are several ways to create wealth (this is only ONE example), but the FIRST FOCUS is making a SOLID CONSISTENT INCOME, THEN build WEALTH.
